Construction of a housing and office complex with 189 apartments, office suits, shops and four-level underground garage planned near Autokomanda

Secretariat for Urban Planning and Construction of the city of Belgrade announced a public presentation of the urban development project for the construction of a housing and office complex near Autokomanda.

Evrotrgovina from Pozarevac is the investor and Bureau Cube Partners from Belgrade designed the project.

As per the project, the seven-story facility with an additional retracted floor, which will also include commercial contents, has been planned on a parcel parallel to Ustanicka Street, within two structural units. on a total area of 31,287.93 m2.

Special attention will be paid to the greenery, therefore the plan includes not only greenery at the ground level, but also on the facade itself, by introducing green elements to the terraces.
