Factory Complex Opposite Ada up for Sale – Facilities and Land of Industrija Spirita i Kvasca Vrenje on 10 ha Offered for RSD 353.7 Million

The bankruptcy supervisor of AD Industrija Spirita i kvasca Vrenje has advertised a new sale of this legal entity, at an initial price of RSD 353.7 million.

The most important property consists of facilities and land in Radnicka Street in Belgrade, with a total area of slightly under 10 ha.

Among other things, the subjects of the sale are the main hall, factories of animal feed yeast, methylated spirit, yeast, warehouses, cooling towers, 100% stake in Vrenje-Spiritana and the receivables determined in the bankruptcy proceedings in the public company Fabrika Secera Dimitrije Tucovic 1898.

The public bidding will be held on May 12, 2021.

Let us remind that this complex was also offered in March, but that sale was canceled.

AD Industrija Spirita i Kvasca has been in bankruptcy since 2012.
