Town Hall Čačak is buying “Tehnos” and plans construction of center for selection of communal waste

Board members of Town Hall Čačak have authorized Mayor, Velimir Stanojević, to negotiate about procurement of property of “Tehnos” in the industrial zone of the city. The factory for processing of semi-finished products and aluminum forge are closed for years and the plan is that the center for final selection of communal waste be built on that space - 6 ha of land and indoor space of 7,304 square meters.

Certain Russian company is also interested in procurement of Čačak-based company and the pre-contract has already been signed with that buyer.
