More attractive ambient in trade sector - Government adopted Draft Law on Trade

- Minister of Trade and Services Slobodan Milosavljević said that the Government had adopted the Draft Law on Trade, the system and roof law for the trade sector in our country, and forwarded it to the Parliament for adoption - it is announced on the website of the Serbian Government.

- That law is one of the three key laws for the market of Serbia - the Minister pointed out and reminded that the Law on Protection of Competition had been adopted in 2009.

According to his words, these laws are important for harmonization of Serbian legislation with the Law of the European Union and they will enable more attractive ambient in the trade sector in our country.

Milosavljević estimated that the new Law on Trade would give contribution to decentralization of Serbia since major share of works of the market inspection was going to be transferred to the public utility inspection on the level of local self-governments.
