New Parking Lot with 140 Spaces and Green Oasis at Kej Oslobodjenja in Zemun Soon

The area in the Kej Oslobodjenja location next to the Mala Sirena kindergarten in Zemun is to be turned into a parking lot of 4,700 m2, as announced by the Municipality of Zemun. It is added that the works would be carried out at the initiative of this urban municipality.

– This will solve the problem of the lack of parking spaces in the central part of Zemun – the press release says.

The parking lot will have around 140 spaces, six of which will be meant for persons with disabilities and one of which will be a family parking space. The parking lot will also feature a section for bicycles.

– As the investor, the PUE Parking Servis will prepare the conditions for favored parking for the residents of the surrounding buildings – it is added.

A green oasis is also planned within this space as a place to rest at. The surface toward the kindergarten will be rearranged as a new green belt.

Let us remind that the tender for the construction of a new parking lot in Kej Oslobodjenja Street in Zemun was recently opened.
