Tender for Čačak’s Putevi extended until December 2nd

Tender for sale of Čačak’s company "Putevi" had been extended until December 2nd on request of two companies that bought tender documentation, the director of that company, Goran Dunjić, announced.


He said that three foreign and two domestic companies had bought tender documentation of Putevi and he added that the two companies asked for the two-week extension of deadline for submittal of offers.

The Privatization Agency of Serbia announced tender for sale of 70% of assets of Čačak’s Putevi in September 2005 and its value was estimated to 152 million CSD. Putevi, which was founded in 1962, deals with construction, reconstruction and maintenance of roads, processing of stone and production and installation of asphalt.

The company has positive results last five years. It employs 269 workers and it owns asphalt base, quarry in Loznica, units for processing of stone aggregate, motor-machine pool, administrative building and business facilities in Čačak, Gornji Milanovac and Guča.
