Tito's villa "Galeb", Igalo, for sale

Former Tito's villa in Igalo, present "Galeb", will be sold in 2005 in the scope of privatization of "Dr. Simo Milošević" Institute. Villa is in good condition and its partial owner is the Government of Montenegro since it took on part reprogrammed debt of the Institute towards World Bank. One third of the stocks is property of "Galenika", whereas the workers of the Institute, 845 of them, own 20% of stocks. Scandinavian and Russian businessmen are most interested in procurement of real estates in Igalo.
