Carlton Invest close to end construction of exclusive residential building near Djeram market

Carlton Invest is close to end construction of an exclusive residential facility at 17 Vojvode Savatija Street in the vicinity of Djeram market. In the old prestigious part of the city, not far away from the Zvezdara forest and the City hospital, surrounded by Kralja Aleksandra Boulevard and Dimitrija Tucovića Street, there is a four-floor building with 10 apartments and 8 garages within the facility and another four garages in the yard.

According to the people in Carlton Invest, the building is placed under the roof, mortar has already been applied, elevators are being installed for car parking, finishing interior materials have been procured, and the sale of apartments is underway.

The apartments are of high quality (external carpentry is made of aluminum and wood, Marazzi ceramic tiles, Schindler elevator...) in accordance with Carlton Invest's previous business policy regarding quality.

(future look of the facility)

Technical reception of the facility is expected in the first half of August, while the first tenants will move in the building in September. Construction of the facility commenced in November 2009.

The contractor is Ingrad Engineering from Smederevska Palanka, while the plans for the facility were drawn by Belgrade-based company Taš 011 Nekretnine. The facility is being built in association with Erste Bank, with which the project finance contract was signed and, therefore, the bank offers the future owners special terms for mortgage loans.
