Jugoremedija and Nini bought 15% of stocks of Srbolek

Companies Jugoremedija from Zrenjanin and Nini from Radoviš were buying Stocks of Belgrade-based Srbolek yesterday at the Belgrade Stock Exchange. In the yesterday’s trade 58,028 stocks were sold at price of 1,368 CSD per stock, which is about 6% of total number of stocks of Srbolek. During the last two days Jugoremedija and Nini bought 15% of stocks of Srbolek, so that these companies already have about 21% of stocks of that company and they need 25% of stocks in order to have control package. Nominal value of stocks of Srbolek is 420 CSD and the highest price in stock trade was 900 CSD. On the first day of trade Jugoremedija and Nini were paying 950 CSD for the stocks of that company, on the second day the price was 1,140 CSD, whereas today it rose to 1,368 CSD.
