Sauerkraut cures bird flu !

Of 13 chickens ill with bird flu in South Corea, 11 was cured after they were treated with the extract of sauerkraut (metanaminhydrorhodanide). This extract causes real immunologic storm. This rhodanide ion is 1% present in milk, 0.05 – 0.07% in meat, whereas it is 20% present in sauerkraut. Only pickled kale has more of it, but people in our country are not used to pickling of kale - Ivica Savić, the head of the research team working on ITS project, explained.
