Europe Business Center in Novi Beograd – high-quality office space

Europe Business Center - EBC (8,900 square meters of office space of A class and exclusive boutiques, cafes, restaurants...) is being built in the vicinity of the building of Borough of Novi Beograd. It will have eight levels, six overground and two underground storeys for 129 parking places. It should be given to the users in mid-2006. This facility will give the status of business environment with recognizable potential to Belgrade.

Construction of EBC started a year ago and the structure of the facility was presented to the numerous guests yesterday – monolith reinforced-concrete structure. The vocational and finishing works, in accordance with the highest international standards, should be completed in the next 200 days. The concept of the construction is based on principles of satisfaction of needs for modern operations in order to respond to the growing demand of Belgrade for high-quality office space.
