After Three Decades Tenders for Public Procurement of Medical Equipment in All Hospitals in Serbia to Open

The tenders for the public procurement of medical equipment in all hospitals throughout Serbia are to open after three decades, said the state secretary at the Ministry of Health, Mirsad Djerlek.

Djerlek announced the opening of several tenders for the procurement of large quantities of medical equipment for all health institutions in Serbia.

– We are talking several hundred million – Djerlek told the media after a meeting between the minister of health and the directors of Covid hospitals.

As he pointed out, this is the first such effort in the past two to three decades – the upgrade of the equipment in all hospitals.

He appealed to hospital managers to “use this unique opportunity”.
