BK Group Abandons Project of Construction of Tesla Grad in Makis – Company Looking for New Location for Residential-Office Complex

The vice president of BK Group, Dragomir Karic, stated today that the company had abandoned the project of the construction of Tesla Grad in the Makisko Polje area.

Karic told Beta that the decision had been made after several talks with representatives of various citizens’ associations and residents of Makis.

– Our plan was to built a city within a city and to sell apartments at the price of 500 to 550 euros per square meter. However, we were not well received. The construction of a residential-office complex in Makisko Polje would not endanger the water spring – Karic said.

He pointed out that BK Group was looking for a new location for the construction of Tesla Grad.

Let us remind that the construction of Tesla Grad was first announced in 2015.
