HTUP Park to Take Out a Loan of EUR 3.75 Million – Hotel to be Mortgaged

The company Hotelsko turisticko ugostiteljsko preduzece Park (HTUP Park) from Novi Sad has decided to take out a loan of EUR 3.75 million and to mortgage Hotel Park for the purpose, as announced in the decision made at the General Meeting.

The document published by the Belgrade Stock Exchange says that HTUP Park will take out a long-term loan from API Bank in Belgrade.

The loan will be dinar-denominated, and the first mortgage on the hotel will be registered to API Bank as a security instrument.
