The Mayor of Pirot, Vladan Vasic, has confirmed that an investor from South Africa has offered a financing agreement to Radnicki FC from Pirot.

Vasic says that the details of the agreement have been analyzed, that there have been some minor complaints and that the final decision should be made by the club these days.

It has not yet been announced when the club will have a meeting.
