Construction of new hotel complex and business center worth €25m in Vojvode Mišića Boulevard

The building lot of 70 ares in Vojvode Mišića Boulevard, next to the building of BIGZ with collapsed and slightly burnt Old Mill, will be turned to a 4-star hotel with 220 rooms until 2007. There will also be a business-trade center.

The project elaborated by company Koling will require investments worth €25m.

Everything has been approved by the city authorities, the requests of the Institute for Preservation of Monuments have been obeyed, so that the Old Mill will remain part of the hotel and it will be renovated to look the same as it was in 1904 when it was the only steam mill in the Balkans.

Part of the complex will aslo be a garage on two levels for 390 automobiles. The hotel will have both business suites and rooms for so-called flying guests.
