Nordic Business Alliance opens office in Belgrade - Colliers found office space for 10 renowned firms

The recently established Nordic Business Alliance in Serbia, which connects the business communities of Nordic countries with Serbian companies and professionals, opened an office in Belgrade. Colliers International successfully advised the Nordic Business Alliance in its search for office space, placing the organization in its new headquarters in downtown Belgrade, at Toplicin Venac.

The fact that a large number of companies are deciding to relocate their offices with the help of Colliers International is a sign that it is truly a tenants market, and companies are taking advantage of depressed rents, and viewing the current situation on the market as the right time to lease office space.

US based internet company VAST is another company that capitalized on the favorable market conditions by leasing over 1000sqm on Nikola Pasic Square, in the center of Belgrade. In addition, Acer Computers has signed lease agreement for office space in New Belgrade, as well as the Euro Gas Company which will open its Belgrade office in business complex Savograd.

Furthermore, Mechel, one of the leading Russian mining and metals companies, also chose New Belgrade for its new headquarters.

“Comparing to the last trimester we have recorded higher interest from tenants for office space, as well as the increased number of transactions. In only two months Colliers Internationals’ Commercial department found office space for 10 renowned companies”, stated Bosko Tomasevic, Commercial department Manager.
