Chemical Industry Building, Land and Residential Building of Invest Casa from Subotica up for Sale

The company in bankruptcy Invest Casa from Subotica is selling property in five lots at a public bidding event.

Up for sale are the chemical industry building in Bikovo, of 2,042 m2, at an initial price of RSD 30.2 million, and three building land parcels, of 14,672 m2, 3,651 m2 and 9,489 m2, offered for RSD 1.1 million, RSD 275,000 and RSD 714,000 respectively.

The offer also includes a family residential building of 196 m2, an auxiliary building and agricultural land, and the initial price for this lot is RSD 152,500.

The public bidding will be held on January 29, 2020.
