Share in Bosnalijek Sold for BAM 9.3 Million

This Friday, December 11, an auction of the shares of Bosnijalek that were owned by P Trade took place at the Sarajevo Stock Exchange.

The auction was successful and, as planned, a package of 492,825 shares of Bosnijalek was sold at the price of BAM 18.99 per share.

This means that the entire share package was sold for BAM 9.3 million. This package is around 5.5% of the shares of the largest Bosnian pharmaceutical company.

The purchaser of the shares should be revealed subsequently.

The method of the sale of this auction was method 1, which means that it was possible to buy only the entire share package.

The biggest shareholders of Bosnalijek are KBC Euro Credit Capital from Malta (23.67%) and the Bosnian AS Holding (15.95%).

The market value of a share of Bosnalijek at the time the auction took place was BAM 17.5.
