Filip Kljajić again on tender on December 16, the Slovenians interested in certain units

Tender sale of Kragujevac-based Industy Filip Kljajić has been postponed again. This time, the date of the next auction is December 16, which will also be the deadline for delivery of written offers for procurement of Filip Kljajić. It is estimated, however, that Filip Kljajić will not find the buyer on December 16 and that it will soon enter the restructuring process, which implies dividing of the company into several production-technological units. This may happen because some Slovenian companies are interested in privatization, i.e. procurement of certain production-technological units, such as unit for production of automobile seats and chains.
Industry Filip Kljajić was the second most successful company in Šumadija, right after Zastava, in the late 1980’s. This industry used to export 80% of production of chains to all five continents.
