Tender for Designing High-speed Route Obrenovac-Ostruznica Opens

The tender for designing the high-speed route Obrenovac-Baric-Duboko-Umka-Ostruznica has opened. It is a 14-km section which will enable the amelioration of the currently biggest landslide in Europe, located along the flow of the river Sava through Duboko, said the president of the municipality of Obrenovac, Miroslav Cuckovic, as reported by Beoinfo.

– Also, it will enable people from this part of Belgrade, which gravitates toward Cukarica, to reach the Milos Veliki highway by another route. Parallel with this, there will also be a route connecting the Surcin Interchange and Vojvodjanska and Jurija Gagarina streets. This way, the outer ring around Belgrade will get a whole new route, ensuring passenger safety above all, but also a quicker trip from Obrenovac to the Belgrade center – Cuckovic added.
