State Inviting Letters of Interest for Privatization of Juzni Banat

The Ministry of Economy has invited those interested in privatizing the waterworks company Juzni Banat from Vrsac to send letters of interest, as announced in the public invitation on the ministry's website.

The capital of Juzni Banat, whose main activity is the construction of hydrotechnical facilities, amounted to RSD 96 million in late 2019.

At the time, the total assets of this company with 29 employees, as said, amounted to RSD 151.4 million.

Letters of interest are to be submitted by mail or directly at the Ministry or by email no later than November 25.
