Multimedia complex within Imel Group's business building in Zorana Đinđića Boulevard in New Belgrade

Some time ago Imel Group presented its exclusive business building at the corner of Milentija Popovića Street and Zorana Đinđića Boulevard. Thanks to its location and technological equipment, this "intelligent" building meets the highest standards of both domestic and foreign companies, and it is built with the highest level of finishing works of its exterior, interior design and technical capacity.
An exclusive multipurpose room is located on the fifth floor of IMEL GROUP's office building and it is perfectly suited for seminars, conferences, presentations, cocktails, celebrations, as well as other business and personal events.

This space also includes a coffee bar with a spacious terrace with the beautiful view of Belgrade, adequate for cocktails in the open.
Total surface of the space, including the terrace, is 550 square meters. The reception room and the halls can be turned into a single space if needed. The seating capacity of the room is up to 100 people, while its surface is 115 square meters. Depending on the type of event, the space can hold up to 150 people (250 if the terrace is used)..

Multimedia conference room is equipped with the most advanced
technical hardware and software systems available:
Video equipment – 5 LCD monitors (HD
resolution, diagonal 40", 16:9). The monitors height and angle of view
are adjustable, suitable and fully visible to every viewer present.
Reproduction of video material on these monitors is possible from all
mediums.
Audio equipment – Sound system software
is projected for an optimal audio experience. Audio content is
reproduced through sound adjusters, with the volume set according to the
needs and intentions (voice, music). There is also a wireless sound
system capable of distributing audio recording.
Internet – Internet connection is provided
via cable or wireless set up with speed up to 2Mbps.
Air conditioning is provided through fan coil systems (heating and cooling). The amount of fresh air needed is adjusted and injected through the central system.
Lighting is adjustable to every usage
requirement of the multimedia room

There are 15 VIP parking places and public parking with over 400 places within the residential block.
The facility also has alarm system, video surveillance system with card-code access and physical security to ensure as high level of security and protection of all guests as possible.
