Israelis Official Owners of Fabrika Vode Zrenjanin

In the official Business Register of the Republic of Serbia (APR), a change in the ownership structure of the Zrenjanin-based drinking water filtering plant has been recorded. On August 11, 65% of the ownership at Fabrika Vode d.o.o. (until recently Grupa Zilio), was transferred from Synertech to SAR d.o.o. Beograd – Zemun, whose directors are six Israeli nationals.

Among them is Meir Avital, the owner of Avital Group, which has been operating in Serbia and the Balkans for the past 17 years.
