Spatial plan to be made for restricted-purpose area in industrial zone in Smederevo

Based on the Law on Planning and Construction, the Government of Serbia made the Decision in early March 2010 on elaboration of the Spatial plan for the restricted-purpose area in the northeast sector of the industrial zone in Smederevo.

The area covered by the Spatial plan includes the northeast sector of the industrial zone in Smederevo, that is, the defined spatial whole that stretches to the hinterland of the Danubian banks, in the area between Main route M-24, existing Smederevo – Šalinac road (old Šalinački road), existing technology water canal and the Danube river.

The Republic Spatial Planning Agency is in charge of elaboration of the Spatial plan.

The deadline for completion of the Spatial plan is three months from the day this decision is put in effect, and the funds for elaboration of the Spatial plan will be provided by the city of Smederevo.
