Valuer of Property and Legal Entity Sought for Minel-prehrambena oprema Pancevo

The Bankruptcy Supervision Agency has opened a tender for the procurement of the service of the evaluation of the property and the legal entity of the company Minel-prehrambena oprema in Pancevo.

According to the invitation, bids are invited for the evaluation of the property using the liquidation method and the evaluation of the legal entity using methods in line with the international accounting standards, which ensure the largest value for the creditors.

It is added that the valuer is also to evaluate the cost-effectiveness of the sale of the bankruptcy supervisor as a legal entity compared to the sale of the property of the bankruptcy debtor individually and determine the share of the value of the estimated property (expressed in percentages).

The best bidder will be picked by the board of creditors.

Bids may be sent by October 26.
