Economic Perfumes Manufacturer to Expand Production Capacities – New Factory Planned in Paracin

The Paracin-based company TPK, a famous local producer of the Economic brand perfumes, is planning to expand its production capacities.

The Municipality of Paracin has advertised the presentation of the Urban project for the construction of an industrial building for the production of perfumes in the city, in Carice Milice Street.

According to the sales documentation, the facility was designed by the Domus studio from Paracin at the request of the investor, TPK d.o.o., for the purpose of expansion of the production capacities, due to the insufficient area of the existing production facility, which is located on the neighboring parcel.

The new industrial building will have a ground floor and an upper floor and will be built on a parcel of 1 ha 2 a 68 m2, located in the eastern section of Paracin.

According to the project, the new facility will have an administrative and a production part. The production part should feature space for the production of perfumes, a laboratory, storage of raw materials, alcohol, perfume compositions, finished goods and cardboard packaging, as well as waste, and a warehouse and a compressor facility will be located there as well.

The facility is designed so that the features can be functionally connected with the same owner's existing facility on the neighboring parcel.

The factory will have hydrotechnical, electrical, TC, signaling, thermal, technological and fire installations.

According to the plan, the facility will be built within a single phase.

The public review of the project is available until October 21.

TPK started the production of the budget Economic brand 15 years ago. According to the company's website, the perfumes are sold in former Yugoslav countries and in the Balkans through a wholesale network.
