Chinese Pharma Company Interested in Opening Branch in Leskovac

A Chinese company which produces medicines for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases is interested in opening a branch in Leskovac, the city's website says and adds that the mayor of Leskovac, Goran Cvetanovic, has held a video conference with the potential investor from China.

The representatives of the Chinese company presented their plan, expectations and requests to the mayor of Leskovac and his associates, and the meeting, as pointed out, was a success – the Chinese company is satisfied with the possibilities offered by the city of Leskovac and negotiations are in progress.

– In addition to the improvement of the business environment in our city and the reduction of the unemployment rate, the opening of a branch in Leskovac would further enhance the traditionally good relations of our country and China, but it would also have great importance in the global struggle against coronavirus – says the city's website.
