Construction of Joint Border Checkpoint “Godovo” Between Serbia and Montenegro in Preparation

An entirely new, joint border checkpoint, on 2.20 hectares, is to be built close to the existing checkpoint “Godovo”, between Serbia and Montenegro.

According to the Draft Detailed Regulation Plan for the construction of the new checkpoint, the current state, capacity and flow at the existing roads and the quality and capacity of the existing facilities are inadequate, which obstructs the functioning of the border checkpoint.
