Tender appeal accepted - negotiation procedure for construction of north branch of Corridor 10 revoked

As Novosti learns from unofficial sources, the Commission for protection of bidders' rights has accepted the appeal submitted by Hidrotehnika Niskogradnja from Zagreb, which was one of the bidders, in the consortium with Subotica-based Vojput, for construction of north branch of Corridor 10, from Horgoš to Novi Sad, and "Y" branch, from Subotica to Kelebija.
As the Tender commission estimated, all three bids on the tender for north branch of Corridor 10 were incomplete and none of the bidders met the conditions. Therefore the decision was made that so-called open procedure be discontinued and that the contractor be selected in the negotiation procedure. However, Croatian company submitted the appeal to the Tender commission and the Commission for protection of bidders' rights on March 11th. After that, by the decision of March 23rd, the Commission decided to revoke the negotiation procedure, which is going to be repeated.
