The Department for Planning and Construction of the City Administration of Loznica has issued the location requirements for the adaptation of Hotel Podrinje at the request of Eternal Glory doo Banja Koviljaca.

The facility is located on the cadaster parcel 449/10 KO Banja Koviljaca and has a basement and five floors, including a ground floor and a loft.

An integral part of the location requirements is the Preliminary Design, prepared by Kapital Gradnja from Loznica.
