Construction of Winery of Annual Capacity of 20,000 Liters Planned in Mrmos Village Near Aleksandrovac

Investor Dragan Antic, the owner of the Smek 037 distillery in Krusevac, has obtained the building permit for the construction of a winery in the village of Mrmos. The facility has two floors, including a ground floor, and the capacity is projected at 20,000 liters a year.

The area covered by the facility is 705.58 m2, and the total gross area of the facility is 852.61 m2.

The estimated value of the works is RSD 54,514,800.

The project was prepared by the Studio za projektovanje, inženjering i usluge Arris dizajn company from Krusevac.
