Now all towns offer land to the Đokovićs - Pirot, Čajetina and Niš to give building lots

Local authorities in Pirot and Čajetina offered Novak Đoković's company Family Sport favorable conditions for construction of tennis academy since the project in Kragujevac is given up. Also, more than thousand citizens of Niš want that academy in their city.

- The municipality of Pirot offers the Đokovićs over three hectares of land in an attractive location - Mayor MA Vladan Vasić confirmed on Tuesday. It is a complex, few hundred meters away from the city center, where the city stadium, a trim track and other sports facilities are already situated. The land belongs to the municipality and it also has an appropriate infrastructure.

- The local authorities offer various benefits to investors and that gives me the right to believe that the cooperation with the company of the Đoković family is possible - says Vasić.

- We even considered the option of co-funding.

If there is no room in Kragujevac, Zlatibor mountain has all the space Novak Đoković's tennis academy needs. The Mayor of Čajetina, Milan Stamatović, invited Serbian tennis ace and Family Sport to have a sports complex built on the popular mountain, for which the most favorable terms will be provided. The location for Family Sport is already determined - it is the parcel behind hotel Zelenkada. The municipal officials reserved large number of hectares in the regulation plan for construction of sports fields. The municipality is ready to do all the infrastructure works and free the investor from paying local taxes and fees.
