Slovakian companies are going to participate in construction of gas storage and regional gas pipeline in Serbia. This was agreed at the meeting of the representatives of Srbijagas, NSG Technology and other Slovakian companies from the area of energy and Slovakian Minister of Economy, Lubomir Jahnatek, with the State Secretary in the Ministry of Energy of Serbia, Dušan Mrakić, and Srbijagas' Executive Director for Investments, Jovica Budimir.
Slovakian companies will take part in the construction of regional gas pipeline Aleksandrovac-Novi Pazar, 175 km long, and underground gas storage.
- Our workers got familiar with both projects in Serbia, so that we will be ready for realization in very short time - said the CEO of NSG Technology, Gbeli Rastislav Rusnak.
Jahnatek estimated that the cooperation in the energy sector was being improved and made more concrete shortly after the Protocol on cooperation between the two ministries was signed in December 2009.
