Israeli and Swiss to lodge complaint for selection of Americans for partner on construction of Cargo terminal on airport Beograd

Israeli-Swiss Consortium Angel Europe announced that it would lodge a complaint within legal period of 15 days to Commission for Protection of Bidders' Rights.

"By selection of DynCorp International LLC company, the Law on Public Procurements of Serbia has been violated, according to the opinion of our experts" says David Ericsson, business manager of the consortium, which encompasses famous Swissport. Ericsson claims that the emphasis was first put on cargo terminus, whereas it turned out later that the size and dynamics of the investment was crucial. According to Ericsson, its offer is not financially weaker, but the Americans invest everything within first few years, whereas the Israeli and the Swissmen invest the same amount within 15 years.
