The tourist settlement in the village of Kostunici went into bankruptcy over ten years ago.
The company was sold as a legal entity through direct bidding with a public collection of bids and their improvement during the procedure, and the sale has now been approved by the Board of Creditors in Belgrade, where the majority share belongs to Jugoimport SDPR.
As the bankruptcy supervisor, Gordana Hadzic from Gornji Milanovac, recently said during the sales procedure at the Commercial Court in Cacak, the approval was necessary because the offer was less than 50% of the estimated value.
The authorized agency Olimpija from Uzice had estimated that the liquidation value of Andjelija Misic was RSD 179.3 million, or EUR 1.5 million.
The most valuable property consists of hotels Milica and Panajota, under construction (RSD 102 million), a bag factory (17.8), the Suvoborka mansion (15.4), and ethno house (14.5) and the Ravna Gora restaurant (5 million), whereas the land owned by the bankruptcy debtor had been estimated at RSD 11.9 million.
Djordjevic also owns a chain of four hotels, one of which is Hotel Park in Ivanjica, and a large number of apartments, but, if his offer is accepted, he will have to invest a far larger amount in order for the resort to be able to welcome guests.
The tourist settlement was founded in 1999 by a contract between the domestic company Jugoimport-Atera and Athens-based Hightech Defense E.P.E.
On the same date, Djordjevic bought the Prilicki Kiseljak settlement near Ivanjica, in bankruptcy, at the price of RSD 4.1 million. This was announced by his legal representative, Miodrag Aleksic, a lawyer from Cacak.
