Delta Generali BG Car Show opened - 370 exhibitors

Delta Generali BG Car Show and Motorcycle and Bicycle Show was opened today (March 8, 2010) at the Belgrade Fair, and it will last until March 14th. During the show, 47 new models of automobiles will be presented.

The show gathers 370 exhibitors, 180 of which from abroad.

The Minister of Trade and Services of Serbia, Slobodan Milosavljević, said at the opening ceremony that he expected that the automobile sales in Serbia would be increased in 2010 and that that would be the proof that Serbian economy was on its way to recover.

Milosavljević invited financial sector - banks and leasing companies, to recognize the potential and help the automotive industry and employees and citizens to buy automobiles under favorable terms.

The CEO of Delta Generali Osiguranje, Nebojša Divljan, said that it was important for the Car Show to be held in Belgrade because such shows in the region were mainly canceled.

As he explained, Delta Generali Osiguranje is the general sponsor of the Car Show for the third year in a row.

The Show will also be the opportunity for presentation of 38 new models of motorcycles and exhibition of accompanying industry and garage-servicing equipment.

The National Driving Academy will organize an education in field of transportation and polygon drives.
