Luxury Ski Resort Viceroy Kopaonik to Open on December 5 – Guests to be Provided with Spa Center with Six Treatments and a Cosmetics Lab

The opening of the ski resort Viceroy Kopaonik Serbia will take place on December 5, as announced by the general manager of the hotel, Goran Kovacevic. At the online conference organized by Color Media Communications, under the working title “SUMMER 2020: HoReCa Insight – From the Angle of Hotel and Restaurant Owners: How to Survive Coronavirus and its Economic Consequences”, he added that the situation with the coronavirus pandemic had caused the date of the opening to move.

The website of the famous international hotel group Viceroy also says that the hotel on Kopaonik will debut in the winter 2020. Viceroy Kopaonik Serbia is the result of the partnership between Viceroy Hotel Group and KPI d.o.o. from Belgrade, a private company which specializes in real estate and investments in central and eastern Europe.

The ski resort will have 119 rooms and is inspired by the local style, based on the beautiful nature and landscapes of Suvo Rudiste. Four dining venues will boast impeccable culinary creations, including an Apres ski lounge framed by breathtaking views of the mountaintops.

The hotel is also equipped with a six-treatment room spa complete with beauty lab, indoor vitality pool, hammam/scrub room and boutique.

Dark natural timber anchors the design with clean white accents, and an abundance of windows and open-air spaces capture spectacular views in all directions, it is added.

At the conference, Kovacevic said that hotels without guests and employees are buildings without heart and soul.

– We should take lessons from the coronavirus situation, so that we don't face the problem of the lack of labor force again – Kovacevic said.

Let us remind, the opening of the hotel was previously announced for 2018.
