Gosa Uzor Selling Property in Smederevska Palanka at Initial Price of RSD 24.8 Million

The Bankruptcy Supervision Agency has put a part of the property of Gosa Uzor d.o.o. from Smederevska Palanka up for sale.

According to the tender, up for sale are the management facility with a central storage facility and a guardhouse in Smederevska Palanka. The initial price is RSD 24.8 million.

Let us remind that, in March, the sale of the property of Gosa Uzor in bankruptcy was declared unsuccessful, because no deposit was paid within the deadline. The initial price was RSD 24.8 million then too.

Gosa Uzor is a retailer of textile in specialized stores.
