Liko Soho Group Plans to Start Building Luxury Five-Star Hotel in Bar in November

(Illustration) The Ukrainian-Montenegrin company Liko Soho Group plans to start building a luxury hotel with five stars in Bar this November, as announced by its president, Igor Lisov, who added that the investment was worth EUR 150 million.

Lisov explained that the project entailed the construction of a five-star hotel and a apartment section with full accompanying infrastructure, which will be located on the first floor of the complex. According to the project, which has been approved by the city architect, the hotel will have around 300 accommodation units, five restaurants, a cafe bar, a spa center, a playroom, a casino and a retail zone.

He expects a thousand to 1.2 thousand jobs to be created upon the completion of the 120,000-m2 project.

An investment in sports infrastructure is planned as well, through the construction of a pool for a start. In addition to that complex, there's also a plan to build an aqua park, which will feature sports bases for various forms of water sports.
