Tender announced for sale of Panonka from Sombor

The Privatization Agency announced today (March 3, 2010) the tender for sale of 71.6% of capital of food industry Panonka from Sombor.

All companies that deal with agricultural production over minimum last three years and had the income of more than 1.5m EUR in 2009 and the investors whose incomes last year exceeded 4m EUR can participate in the tender.

All interested potential buyers can submit the application for purchase of tender documentation prior to March 15, and the deadline for submisson of binding bids, with the guarantee worth 50,000 EUR, is March 31st.

Panonka, which has 118 workers, has the capacities for producing and processing meat, as well as fruits and vegetables, but it has not been using them over the last few years, but renting. The company owns the facilities at about 50,000 square meters that are situated on the parcel of over 33 ha.
