Spa and Recreation Center Terme Ozren Worth EUR 5 Million Opens in Petrovo Municipality in Republika Srpska

With the opening of the Spa and Recreation Center Terme Ozren in the Municipality of Petrovo, Kakmuz, the Vasilic Law Office has completed the complex multiyear consulting on the project of realization of this tourist center and a new highlight on the slopes of the Ozren mountain.

– By taking part in the consulting, from the development of the idea, making the business plan, through the privatization, obtaining of long-term concessions for the exploitation of thermal mineral waters, to securing favorable financial funds for the investment and import of goods and services, to the construction, obtaining of the permits, authorization and commissioning, we are proud to say that we have provided full service to the client, Milojevic Gilje Gas from Bijeljina, from the idea to the opening, in the total amount of around EUR 5 million, which makes this project especially demanding regarding the height of the investment – the Vasilic Law Office said.

Around 80 workers will be employed at Terme Ozren, and, according to the agreement with the management, advantage will be given to the residents of the Municipality of Petrovo as a sign of corporate responsibility.

Now that the project has been completed, the facility offers four outdoor pools and seven indoor ones, 10 of which will feature hot water, whereas one will feature undiluted thermal mineral spring water.

At this spa and wellness center, built using very high standards, the guests are provided with saunas, a Turkish bath, a salt room and other features. The thermal mineral water in Kakmuz has been scientifically tested and has been proven to help with rheumatism, psoriasis, sinus problems, spinal deformation problems, high blood pressure and a range of other diseases.
