- Serbia will soon get another domestic air transportation company. The Civil Aviation Directorate is currently considering the request for formation of Master Airways, a company with Montenegrin capital, which would fly under Serbian insignia - the CEO of the Directorate, Nebojša Starčević, told newspaper Blic and added that the moment was right for strategic partnership or privatization of Jat Airways. New owner would have to invest between 30 and 70m EUR in modernization of the fleet.

- Montenegro Airlines wants to register company on the territory of Serbia and make it a Serbian company. It would be registered in Niš and fly under our national insignia. After that, they will be able to fly from Serbia wherever they want since they will have the same rights as Jat Airways. They may start flying already in May or June and they currently have two airplanes in their fleet - Starčević said in an interview for Blic.
