Sailing down the Great Backa Canal, especially in its headwaters, from Sombor to Backi Monostor or Bezdan, offers an extraordinary experience and delight in beautiful, intact nature. It is an opportunity to learn about the history, meaning and contradictions of this unique ecosystem located in the central part of the Special Nature Reserve Gornje Podunavlje.

Little Boat Tatjana, with a capacity of 20 adults or 25 children, is very safe and designed for the panoramic viewing of the beautiful natural features of the Great Backa Canal. It is an excellent choice for single-day field trips and excursions for school children and one-hour or all-day field trips for all occasions and generations.

All-day field trips entail sailing to Backi Monostor, which takes about an hour and 40 minutes.

The boat is very suitable for birdwatching, as the area is rich with numerous varieties of birds, the most interesting of which are the extremely rare varieties, such as the black stork and the white-tailed eagle.
