Office Space and Storage Site of Zajecar Promet up for Sale

The Bankruptcy Supervision Agency has put the property of Zajecar Promet up for sale.

The property is split into three lots, the first one consisting of a business services building of 334 m2 in Zajecar, whose initial price is RSD 2,900,552.

Lot 2 consists of the Tehnocelik storage site in Zajecar, which includes several buildings: a store, a warehouse and an office space. The offer also includes office equipment and inventory, and the initial price is RSD 8,746,563.

Lot 3 includes a side pre-fabricated facility in the village of Halovo, of 135 m2, whose initial price is RSD 519,236.

The public bidding will be held on September 10, 2020.
