Property of Autotransport Sokobanja Sold – Expres Komerc Becomes New Owner for RSD 17 Million

The Bela Crkva-based company Expres Komerc is a new owner of Autotransport Sokobanja, as announced by the Bankruptcy Supervision Agency.

The new owner paid RSD 17 million at the public bidding for the movable and immovable property, consisting of a management building, a gas station, a workshop and a parking lot in Sokobanja, as well as equipment and inventory.

The initial price was RSD 5.9 million.

Autotransport, whose core activity is local and international transport, forwarding, internal and external trade and services, has been in bankruptcy since 2014.
