Citadel and Russian Renaissance Capital to form joint venture for market of Southeast Europe

Serbian consulting company Citadel Investment Services announced today (March 1st, 2010) that it would form joint venture Renaissance Citadel for Serbia and Southeast Europe with Russian investment bank Renaissance Capital.
According to the announcement, new consulting company Renaissance Citadel will be advising all those interested in investing in the markets of Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Romania, Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Albania.
The package of services will also include transactions in capital and credit markets (initial public offerings, private investments in capital and credit markets, consequent offers, trade in securities, other financial instruments) and consulting services related to mergers and acquisition of companies, disinvesting, spin off transactions and privatizations. In addition to everything mentioned above, the joint venture will be also conducting regional researches.
