Aiding Event Tourism – Bought Tickets Valid for Other Events or Refunds

The Government of Serbia has adopted a decree on the validity of tickets bought for cultural and art events which have been canceled due to the Covid-19 pandemic, which regulates the manner and the conditions under which adequate replacements or refunds can be offered.

The event organizers can offer the owner of the ticket to use it when the event is next organized, for another event organized by them (no later than December 31, 2021), or to get a refund.

The decision is the result of the proposition made by representatives of event tourism at the recently held meeting with Serbian Prime Minister Ana Brnabic, as announced on the government's website.
