Additional capitalization of Postbank BH - Poteza sells its share of 57.2%

The representatives of Slovenian fund Poteza and Turkish postal company have reached the agreement on sale of Poteza's share of 57.2% in Postbank BH, which created the conditions for 7.5m EUR worth of additional capitalization of that bank.

The business websites in the region announced today that, according to the words of minor stockholders of Postbank BH, "the Banking Agency of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina gave the green light for additional capitalization" and that the usual procedure needed to be respected until the finalization of that deal.

People in Postbank BH did not want to specify the price at which Poteza's share in that bank would be sold to the Turkish partner.
