Beginning of direct negotiations on construction of northern branch of Corridor 10


The President of the Tender Commission, Dejan Kovačević, said today (February 25, 2010) that the direct negotiations with the bidders on the tender for construction of 110 km of left highway lane on the northern branch of Corridor 10 should start the next week.
- The tender procedure was abolished due to irregularities in all bids and now direct negotiations will be started in accordance with the Law on Public Procurements - he told Beta agency.
Kovačević said that the bidders were informed on the decision and that they can lodge complaints prior to March 1st.
The bids on the tender for construction of left lane of the highway from Horgoš to Novi Sad and from Kelebija to Subotica were submitted by the consortium of Serbian companies led by Company for Roads Beograd, Slovenian company Primorje and Croatian firm Hidroelektra Niskogradnja in a consortium with Subotica-based Vojput.
